That's why I love your WiW : it helps me catch every nuance I've missed on my first viewing. It adheres strictly to the "show, don't tell" storytelling school, with an extremism that I admire but makes the show hard to watch for me. Apart from Sylia, we don't get any "origin" flashbacks, and you have to really pay attention to understand what Sylia and Linna's day jobs are.ĭon't get me wrong : there are lots of background tidbits that make this a well-thought-out cyberpunk world, but the focus is clearly on action and the episodic plots.
